subscriptions

some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. this policy lays out how you can edit or cancel these kinds of purchases. your subscription can be managed within your account at any time via the my subscriptions page.

when you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. these are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.ย  your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.ย some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. if you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.ย  if you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. your order confirmation emails have links to your order. you can manage your subscription from there.

  • a one-stop shop... subscription ensures your favorite hair care and hair styling products are automatically reordered and delivered to your door, without you having to lift a finger. plus we're offering 10% off subscription orders, so you can set, forget and save.

  • all evo and evo fabuloso full size and travel size products are available to be purchased on subscription. limited edition gifting lines and our tools are excluded.

  • head to your favourite products page and below the add to cart button you will see one-time purchase or subscribe + save, just select the window for your re-order (either 4, 8 or 12 weeks) and add to cart. we'll take care of the rest.

  • log into your account at the top of the page and select "my subscriptions" you'll see all your subscription orders and can edit, pause, or cancel in here.
