doing the right thing

at evo, we want to bring about change for the better and create a movement of free-thinkers who care about doing the right thing. here's how we are lending a helping hand and trying to do better every day...

ingredients

we work hard to deliver top-notch professional hair care, but weโ€™ll never do so at the expense of others.

  • we are predominantly vegan with the exception of 4* products

*box o' bollox, cassius, crop strutters + whip it good contain beeswax, xanthan gum and/or lanolin so that they deliver the highest performance possible.
  • we don't add hyped-up ingredients just for label claims, greenwash or demonize ingredients.

  • our ranges are free from sulfates, parabens, dea, tea, propylene glycol and gluten... to make your day a little safer.

  • we don't test on our furry friends (humans ony) and we have the cruelty-free peta accreditation to prove it.

packaging + materials

from the shape of our packaging to the materials we use, weโ€™re committed to reducing our footprint and meeting the crรจme de la crรจme of environmental standards at the same time.

  • not only are our bottles made of post consumer recycled plastic and mostly square (for efficient shipping), they also help to reduce plastic pollution. for every evo bottle sold, we remove the same amount of plastic from the environment through plastic bank. this collected plastic provides income and new opportunities for plastic bank collectors, supporting both cleaner communities and a pathway out of poverty.

  • our australian business operations are certified carbon neutral through climate active. we also maintain an allotment of trees that helps us to further offset emissions.

  • our brushes are made from forest stewardship councilยฎ certified hardwood (fsc-c120918), and we use fscยฎ certified paper for our printed materials.

evo x plastic bank

every time you purchase a bottle from evo, you're helping stop ocean-bound plastic pollution while providing collectors with a path out of poverty.
