we’re here to help you resolve any issues with your order as quickly as possible. please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order if something isn’t quite right.

we can only accept unopened and unused products and we do not accept any change of mind returns. postage costs are at your expense unless items are incorrect or deemed faulty.

I’ve received the wrong item

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days
  • Step 2: We will send the correct item to you straight away
  • Step 3: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected from you free of charge

 

I’ve received a damaged item

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days
  • Step 2: Send us a picture of the damaged item/s
  • Step 3: We will send a replacement to you straight away
  • Step 4: We will advise what to do with the damaged item

 

I haven’t received something I ordered

  • Step 1: Notify us within 14 days
  • Step 2: Send us a picture of your order and we'll investigate
  • Step 3: We will update you and, send a replacement or arrange a refund if there's an error.
