how to shop online
welcome to evo online. shopping is easy and safe.
evo online only accepts orders to be billed and delivered to Australian addresses.  if you are in Australia, simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions below:

step one:
select the quantity of product you wish to purchase (up to six [6] of any single item).
click here for more information on our maximum purchase policy. 

step two:
click the "BUY" button to place the product selected in your shopping bag.

step three:
when you've completed shopping, click the menu item ‘BAG’ found on the upper left of each page.follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. please note that you may change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on submit order.

after your order has been submitted, a "thank you" page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. an email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order is submitted. if an email order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us by phone at +61 8 8403 8200, or via email at shop@evohairproducts.com for assistance.  

please note that non-receipt of an email order confirmation may indicate that your order has been rejected or refused by evo online.

view shopping bag
click on the menu item 'BAG' found on the upper left of each page to display the products you selected, the quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. you may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

deleting items from your shopping bag
click on the menu item ‘BAG’ found on the upper left of each page and select "remove" under the product's name. the item will be removed from your shopping bag.

security online
at evo online, we understand how important security is to you. when you place an order at evo online, we encode your information using secure socket layer (ssl) encryption technology. this is the most advanced consumer online security technique to date. you can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely. we employ government approved encryption software. in order for encryption to take place, your browser must have the ssl protocol. the browsers that have this software are the following:

  • internet explorer 6.0 and higher
  • mozilla firefox 2.0.4 and higher
  • netscape 6.0 (windows only)
  • safari 2.0.4 and higher

item availability
temporarily out of stock / backordered items:
if an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. if for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us by phone at+61 8 8403 8200 or by email at shop@evohairproducts.com  and we will be happy to assist you.

pre-sell items:
pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. we will notify you of the status of your pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.

*please note: the actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.

maximum purchase policy
we regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) of any item per order, and a maximum purchase of $750 per customer, per order. if you have any questions, please call us at+61 8 8403 8200, or contact us by email at shop@evohairproducts.com, and we will be happy to assist.

redeeming promotion / offer codes
simply enter your offer code in the text box marked offer code when you get to the "order review" page during the checkout process.

*please note: offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.

only one offer code may be used per online order.

goods and services tax
we are required by law to collect goods and services tax. goods and services tax will be assessed on the total value of your purchase*, including shipping and handling charges. if you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at shop@evohairproducts.com.

*only credit cards issued by Australian financial institution are accepted. we regret that we are unable to accept credit cards that have been issued by banks outside of Australia.

important information:

  • for your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
